Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your declaration of contract, within two weeks, without giving a reason, in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or, by returning the goods - if they have been handed over to you before this period expires. The period begins after receiving these written instructions, however not before receipt of the goods (not before receiving the first part delivery for repeat deliveries of the same types of goods) and also not before we fulfil our informational commitments according to § 312c Abs. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with § 1 section 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our commitments according to § 312e section 1 clause1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send off the withdrawal or the goods in good time. The withdrawal is to be sent to:

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of effective withdrawl, the return of services received by both parties is to be granted and any usage gained (e. g. B.interest) is to be handed over. If you can not fully return the received service or if you can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for this where applicable. This does not apply for goods when the deteriation of the goods solely results from examining them as would be possible in a retail shop. Besides, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for damage resulting from correct use of the goods by not treating the goods as your property and refraining from actions that could reduce their value. Goods that can be packaged are to be returned at our risk. You must carry the cost of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned doees not exceed 40 Euros. This also applies for goods exceeding this amount if you have not paid for the goods or made a contractually agreed part payment at the time of the withdrawal. The return is free for you in other cases. Goods that can not be packaged will be collected. Comitments for the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins, for you, when you send your declaration of withdrawal or the goods; it begins for us with their receipt.
