The security server software encrypts all your personal data, like bank account number, name and address before transmission. This information can not be read by unauthorized people.

We do not pass your personal data on to third parties. Excluded are our service partners, who need the transmission of data for the handling of your order. (e.g. parcel-service or bank). In this cases however the passing of data is limited to the necessary minimum. Your personal data will be used exclusively for processing your orders and to make possible a more comfortable purchase in our Shop.

Which information is stored ?

When you shop with us the following data is needed:

• Your name and adress and your e-mail address
• If paying with direct debit, your bank account information. (Direct debit only available in Germany)

How is this data used?

• Your personal data is used for the completion of your order.
• Your e-mail adress is needed to confirm that we have received your order and to keep you up to date on the status of your order. If you choose to receive our newsletter, it will be sent to your email address. You can activate and deactivate the newsletter at any time in your account. Your email address (like any other data) will not be passed on to third parties.
