This uniquely formulated setting powder uses rice starch, corn starch, and minerals to create the perfect, flawless matte finish. Youngblood’s Mineral Rice Setting Powder is a lightweight, translucent powder that offers high performance oil-absorbing qualities as well as outstanding setting properties, while being 100% talc-free. It blends beautifully with the loose mineral foundation powders to create the perfect long-lasting matte foundation.

Application Tips:

• To prime face for long lasting oil control:apply rice powder with sponge or brush over desired areas, then apply foundation.
• To reduce appearance of large pores: apply with cosmetic sponge before make-up application. Stipple and roll sponge to set the product
• To achieve matte finish when using the Natural Mineral Loose Foundation: blend 2 parts foundation with 1 part rice powder. Apply with brush for shine free coverage.
• To set make-up for long lasting wear: simply dust mineral rice setting powder over your foundation with large fluffy cosmetic brush.
