To help you to find your way through our online shop we have put together some information about our shop and the order process.

On the left side you can find an overview of all available product categories. Click on one of the categories to display subcategories and/or available products. There you can either click on the shopping cart symbol to put products into your shopping cart or you can get more detailed information about a single product by clicking on the product picture.

It is also possible to limit the display of the products to a single manufacturer by selecting an entry in the "Manufacturers" drop down menu.

With our "Quck Find" search tool you are able to find products quick and easy. Just insert a search term into the "Quick Find" textbox, e.g. the name or part of the name of a product, a manufacturer name or a term describing the product (like mask, peeling, day care).

Click on "Advanced Search" to further narrow your product search. You can limit the search results to a single manufacturer or to a range of prices. You can also chose to search only in the products name or expand your search to products descriptions.

When you put a product into your shopping cart, you will automatically be redirected to a summary of your shopping cart contents. There you can change the number of products you want to order or take products our of your shopping cart. For changes to take effect you have to click on the "Update" button. When you want to leave the shopping cart overview and to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button to get back to the previous page or just select a new category.

During your visit on our site the contents of your shopping cart and the current shipping costs are displayed in a menu on the right.

When you have put all desired products into your shopping cart and you are ready to conclude your order click on "Checkout". You will then get to our "Sign In" page. If you are a returning customer simply log in with your e-mail address and your password. If you are a new customer, simply fill out the form with the necessary data and click on "Continue" to create your personal customer account and to continue the checkout process.

The checkout process consists of four simple steps:

1. Entry of your personal date respectively entry of your e-mail address and password
2. Summary of your shipping costs and entry of a possibly deviating shipping address if needed.
3. Selection of your prefered payment option.
4. Summary of your order. Before concluding your order you can re-check your entries and correct mistakes.

When you order for the first time a customer account is created. You can access your customer account with your e-mail address and your password. In your cusomer account you have access to information about the status of your order, you can activate and deactivate our newsletter, get a summary of your previous orders, keep your personal data up to date and much more. In addition you won't have to enter your personal data every time you order.

The data in your customer account is protected against unauthorized access, the transmission of your data is encrypted with the Secure-Socket-Layer protocol. (128-Bit encryption).
